This is one of those days when self portraiture is not so much an exciting adventure of self discovery but one that is mostly just challenging.
My skin is dry and flushed, my brow furrowed with a headeache and just being run down.j
My hair is unkempt.
Odd how it gets that way when you sleep on it and don't shower or really brush it.
Day 4 of a bug that is going through the family and it is my turn.
Although I didn't want too, I did go out this morning to take my youngest to her play therapy appointment.
That is where this was taken, using the timer.
Oh how I wanted to touch this up, erase some of those lines, make it softer with b&w - but that is not the point of this whole exercise.

When I ask to photograph someone, it is because I love the way they look and I think I make that clear. I'm paying them a tremendous compliment. What I'm saying is, I want to take you home with me and look at you for the rest of my life. - Amy Arbus

Well, your eyes are beautiful.
You may be frayed but your glasses are bitchin. :-)
What Amp and 15 said. I like that shot - nice framing.
This is a great picture. You have terrific eyes.
The framing is great!
