hornet of love facedown in the dumpster

bonus sad photo of the day,
driving past the dumpster in the back alley, yes the same dumpster of the birthday party balloons from last week, this is what I saw.
I had to get out of the car and take a picture.
If you look very carefully you will see a tag hanging off of it - bee my valentine.
Guess not.

how sad, how depressing. it's only one month post-valentine's day. poor little love hornet! it's like an abandoned little cupid, arrow and all, kicked to the curb, tossed in the dumpster.

It makes me wonder if the giver of the hornet and ballons were the same and he has gone into the dumpster too :)

When I ask to photograph someone, it is because I love the way they look and I think I make that clear. I'm paying them a tremendous compliment. What I'm saying is, I want to take you home with me and look at you for the rest of my life.
