marshmallow world

marshmallow world, originally uploaded by gawdessness.

A slight snap to the air, a sky best called cerulean and mounds of white, clean looking snow.

Picture snapped on my walk over to the spring gardening exhibit in my local community centre.

Canon g5, shutter 1/1250, f4.0, focal length 622mm, iso 50

I love it! In photos only, of course, as I'm a 5th generation native of the desert and have no desire to spend more than a day in the snow!

amazing. It is hard to believe it's SNOWING like that somewhere - so beautiful! when it feels so springy over here.

That's so awesome - it looks Christmasy! (And here it is, almost Easter.) It's been warm and springtime-like here, although yesterday it felt cold enough to snow. ;)

You may not have green grass, but you have beauty in the evergreen trees covered with white!

When I ask to photograph someone, it is because I love the way they look and I think I make that clear. I'm paying them a tremendous compliment. What I'm saying is, I want to take you home with me and look at you for the rest of my life.
